</Directory>
特定のディレクトリのみに適用させる場合
<Directory "/ディレクトリのパス">
AllowOverride All
</Directory>
すべてのディレクトリに適用させると不具合がでそうなので、使用するディレクトリにだけ適用させたほうがよさそう
