credentialsファイルからシークレットキーなどを読み込むような設定にしている場合、サーバー側にmaster.keyの情報を渡しておく必要があります。
Herokuでは以下のコマンドだけで設定できます。
ターミナル
$ heroku config:set RAILS_MASTER_KEY=`cat config/master.key`
デプロイするときにcredentials関係でエラーになった場合はマスターキーの確認をしてみてください。
