ローカルマシンにjenkinsとsonarを立ててcheckstyle的なことをしたりするように設定したのですが、その際に今開発中のソースを対象にしたいので以下のようにしました。
git clone --no-hardlinks /path/to/repository
これでjenkins jobの下のワークスペースにコピーします。
