Recorder.jsで録音サイトを作りました。
名前は「Recood」です。
基本的には、真ん中のマイクのボタンを押すと録音を開始することができると思います。
対応ブラウザ
Google Chrome(iOS、iPad OS版はわからないのでできればコメントでお願いします。)
