これはmain.storyboardでdataSourceとdelegateの接続先をViewにしてしまうと発生するエラー。
接続先をViewControllerにすることで解決。
一番左側のリストのViewController.swiftに対してではなく、画面デザインからリスト表示になっているところの上の方にあるView Controller Sceneの下のView Controllerに対してControl+ドラッグ＆ドロップで接続する。
