ぱっと書けなかったのでメモです。

func getAllPath() -> Array<[String:AnyObject]> {

　　　var allPath:[[String:AnyObject]] = [[:]]
     ...
　　　return allPath
}

余談

やっぱ型を厳密に指定した方が安心
