こんにちは。
画面全体を拡大表示する方法を調べました。

ズーム領域：フルスクリーンズーム

各OSの機能設定方法と、利用時のGUIは、

Mac：システム設定＞アクセシビリティ＞ズーム機能（ジェスチャを使うなど）
iPad, iPhone：設定＞アクセシビリティ＞ズーム機能（3本指で画面をダブル・トリプルタップなど）
WindowsOS：「拡大鏡」を用いる
Linux：未調査

マウスカーソル位置の強調表示

および、マウスカーソル位置を強調表示するツールを調べました。

Mac：
- Simple Mouse Locator
- ScreenPointer
Windows: 未調査
Linux: 未調査
