公式サイトのコピペだとエラーが出る

$ python3 -m pip install tensorflow[and-cuda]

zsh: no matches found: tensorflow[and-cuda]
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tensorflow'

これで解決した

$ python3 -m pip install 'tensorflow[and-cuda]'
