OpenFHE を Pyでバインドしたいだけの物語

概要

OpenFHEライブラリ（C++の格子暗号実装）
をPybind11 でPythonへとエクスポートすることに取り組んでみました。

前回の記事では、Wasmエクスポートにチャレンジしてみたので、
さらにPythonでもやりたいと思い、限定的にバインディングを実行しました。
