Windows98環境のために

Virtaul BoxでWindows98が動くCPUに限界がある？

どうも最近のIntel CPUにVirtual Boxを入れてWindows98を入れてもまともに動かないようです。
（設定を工夫すると動くようではありますがまともではない！）
手持ちのPCで第11世代以降（第10世代は持っていないのでわからない）のCPUにLinuxをいれてVirtual BoxでWindows98を動かそうとしたところエラーが出ます。
なので、第２世代以降から第７世代までのPCは大切にしたほうがいイイかもしれない。
古い環境のサポートができなくなるので・・・
