!blank? を実行するメソッド
nil, "", " "(半角スペースのみ), [](空の配列), {}(空のハッシュ) のときにfalseを返す

blank?

nil? + empty? のようなメソッド
nil, false, "", " "(半角スペースのみ), [](空の配列), {}(空のハッシュ) のときにtrueを返す
