開発仕様書から状態遷移の全体像を把握するために行われる。
ハードウェア開発で用いられるイメージが強く、ソフトウェア開発ではあまりないイメージ。

ソフトウェア開発であまり用いられるイメージではなく、ザッと流し読みした。
必要性を感じ次第、また見返す。
