I hadn't heard of Clear Linux or Kaisen Linux. This is very enlightening.
I had heard of Clear Linux before, but I hadn't read the source code.
There were three things that felt strange about this video.
The first is the title. Is it a bait-and-switch ploy to talk about two things disappearing when you say one more?
The second is that the kernel source is only briefly mentioned, with no in-depth discussion.
The third is an insight into the history of distribution. A record of the strange things about the video

What is the trend in the Linux kernel?
I have posted to the kernel.org mailing list only once, about the insufficient support for character codes and fonts in terms of multilingual processing.
Alac Cox commented that that's true.

history of distribution.
I have known the Linux distributions such as slackwaere, redhat and debian.

The first Linux I used was SlackWare.
When I visited the WalNut Creek distribution organization, I had an exchange of opinions with the SlackWare developers.

Upgrading Debian
Upgrades to Debian 13 trixie from the previous release, Debian 12 bookworm, are automatically handled by the APT package management tool for most configurations.
Clear Linux
Clear Linux OS was an open source, rolling release Linux distribution optimized for performance and security, from the Cloud to the Edge, designed for customization, and manageability. It was actively developed from 2/6/2015-7/18/2025.

Stateless
Operate without any custom configuration, for example, a generic host with an empty /etc directory. Stateless systems strictly separate the OS configuration, the per-system configuration, and the VT user-data stored on that system.
Kaisen Linux
Kaisen Linux is a distribution for infrastructure worker based on the Debian GNU/Linux distribution. It is a complete operating system whose originality is to provide a set of tools dedicated to system administration and covering all the needs for diagnosing and dealing with faults or failures of an installed system and its components. The most important system tools are available. It is thus possible to modify the partitioning of hard disks, to save the data or the system, to repair the file system and to recover lost data, or to reactivate the boot manager, to carry out a deep formatting of a hard drive, diagnostics of networks at several levels and on many protocols, creation and management of PKI, virtualization, automation, containerization, network lab with GNS3 and many others!
