aws ssmをフルプライベート環境で設定する

前提: ec2のイメージはAmazon Linux 2を想定しています.

Amazon Linux 2以外の方はこちらの資料を参考にuserdataを定義してください

ec2に`AmazonEC2RoleforSSM`ポリシーがアタッチされているロールを与えてください

フルプライベートサブネットの場合は、追加でそのサブネットにVPC Endpointを作成してください
