Anaconda uninstallさせたらエラーが起きたので解決した

問題

入れていたAnacondaをアンインストールしたらpipxのpathがanacondaになっているため、autowareの./setup-dev-env.shが通らなくなっていた問題

エラーコード

All pipx binary directories have been added to PATH. If you are sure you
want to proceed, try again with the '--force' flag.
Otherwise pipx is ready to go!
./setup-dev-env.sh: /home/kazumaikeda/.local/bin/pipx: /home/<username>/anaconda3/bin/python3: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

pipxがanacondaのパスを参照しているのでないよと言われている

解決方法

pipxをアンインストールしてあげよう

pip uninstall pipx

autowareの./setup-dev-env.shでまた戻るのでアンインストールしても問題ないので行ってよし
