前回、Power Virtual Agents for Teamsを使ってチャットボットを作成しました。今回はPower Automateと連携することでできる幅を広げます。

Power Automateのフローを作成する
まずはできるだけシンプルに連携したいので単に文字列を返すだけの処理を作成しました。
Power Automateの処理をPower Virtual Agentsのフローの中に組み込む
最後に作成したPower Automateの処理をActionとしてPower Virtual Agentsのフローに組み込みます。Power Automateで作成した処理がPower Virtual Agentsのトリガーによって呼び出され、結果がPower Virtual Agents側で取得できていることがわかります。
まとめ
今回はPower Virtual AgentsとPower Automateを連携させました。難しい処理は書いていないので簡単に、さらにTeamsの中のアプリから完結させることができました。Power Automateの良さはM365や外部サービスとの連携にあると思うのでこれを基盤にPower Automate側の処理を高度化させることでもっと複雑なことがノーコードで実現できそうです。
