SSH Connection refused - Raspbian

As of the November 2016 release, Raspbian has the SSH server disabled by default.

You will have to enable it manually. This is done using raspi-config:

Step 1:

sudo raspi-config

Step 2:

Select "Interfacing Options"

Step 3

Select "P2 SSH" and set it to enable
