問題
Rails x Powで開発していて、今まで http://app-name.dev のようなURLで開発サーバーにアクセスできていたのに、ある日突然 "This webpage is not available" というエラーメッセージが出てアクセスできなくなる。
The server at app-name.dev can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.
Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
2015.4.20 この問題のトリガーはMac OS Xのアップデートかも？
Mac OS X 10.10.3にアップデートしたらまたこの問題が発生しました。
この記事を公開する数日前にも10.10.2が公開されているので、OS Xをアップデートするとこの問題が発生する可能性が高いです。
解決策
Powを再インストールする。
curl get.pow.cx/uninstall.sh | sh
