Windows7 以降で JT65 や FT8 等の時刻同期が厳密に要求される場合の対処方法

管理者権限で、以下のレジストリファイルを実行すれば、180 秒　(0x168h) 毎に ntp.nict.jp へ問い合わせするようになる。
下手なアプリケーションを入れずに時刻同期の制度を上げられる。
