Q.11. 平滑化フィルタ

平滑化フィルタ(3x3)を実装せよ。

これもよく使います。構造があまりなく滑らかな画像に向いています。Q.9のガウシアンフィルタのカーネルだけ入れ替えればすぐ出来ます。
