アプリ立ち上げで最初にやるのはターミナルを開いて
rails new アプリケーション名 -オプション名
私が使ってるオプション名はmysqlなので
rails new mangasuki -d mysql
となる。
バージョン指定するときは
rails 5.2.3 new mangasuki -d mysql
という風に記述すればバージョンの指定ができる。
数字の前後にアンダーバーをつける。
