従来はformのactionの場所にのみ遷移する
遷移先を変えるにはjsなどが必要だった
HTML5で上書きできるformactionが登場
- inputやbuttonに記述する
- selectにはなさそう（これはまだjsで制御？
- 押すものによって別々の場所に遷移（趣味が映画なら好きな映画のジャンルのページに、アニメなら好きなアニメのジャンルのページに移動など）
- inputならactionをオーバーライド、buttonならそのまま移動できる
- 対応ブラウザ
