リリースの度にタグを作成していたら、リモートにタグが増えてきた。
整理したい気分なので、「v1.X.X」だけを削除する。
git ls-remote --tags origin | awk '/^(.*)v1([0-9.]*)$/ {print ":" $2}' | xargs git push --tags origin
