解決法
単純にアクセスするURLが間違っていました。
アプリの設定画面は ⇒ http://127.0.0.1:3000
ローカルでアクセスしたURL ⇒ http://localhost:3000
これを、http://127.0.0.1:3000 でアクセスすれば問題なく認証できました。
