MFCでの文字列変換 (std::string → CStringW)

CStringW cstw;
CStringA csta;
std::wstring wstr;
std::string str;

cstw = wstr.c_str(); // CStringW ← wstring
csta = str.c_str();  // CStringA ← string

cstw = (CString)str.c_str(); //CStringW ← string
