jpegoptim のインストール

More than 5 years have passed since last update.

インストール

準備: libjpeg のインストール

$ sudo yum -y install libjpeg
$ sudo yum install libjpeg-turbo-devel

インストール

$ cd /tmp
$ mkdir jpegoptim
$ cd jpegoptim
$ wget http://www.kokkonen.net/tjko/src/jpegoptim-1.4.1.tar.gz
$ tar zxvf jpegoptim-1.4.1.tar.gz
$ cd jpegoptim-1.4.1
$ ./configure
$ make
$ sudo make install

確認

$ jpegoptim --version
jpegoptim v1.4.1  x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

簡単な使い方

$ jpegoptim --max=80 IMG_7210-2.jpg
IMG_7210-2.jpg 500x375 24bit N Exif IPTC ICC JFIF  [OK] 84845 --> 45126 bytes (46.81%), optimized.

46.81% 削減されました。
