勝手にNLS_LANGをいじって試行錯誤を繰り返す事案が発生したために、環境変数をいじらずにログインする方法を編み出した。
$ env NLS_LANG=Japanese_Japan.AL32UTF8 sqlplus / as sysdba
envコマンドは省略できるみたい。
$ NLS_LANG=Japanese_Japan.AL32UTF8 sqlplus / as sysdba
