Office365 MFAの選択肢（ハードウェア トークンからの確認コード）

Azure Active Directory Premium P1/P2が必要
OTPカードが必要（今回使ったのは海外で売っている2000円くらいのカード、、、日本で売ってないんかね？）
※Azure Active Directory Premium P1/P2を持っていないとOATHトークンという項目が見えなかった

Azure Active Directory 管理センター側

  1. OTPカード販売元からトークン用のファイルを入手し、ファイルをアップロード
    その後、アクティブ化を行う（アクティブ化時にコード入力が必要）
