GUIでポチポチすれば負荷を上げれる（全部にチェックを入れると100%で張り付いて何もできなくなるので要注意）
メモリ負荷
SysinternalのTestlimitというツール
コマンド例は、2秒ごとに500MBを3回増やす
>Testlimit.exe -d 500 -c 3 -e 2
