１．Flash CS5を起動してたら終了
２．ユーザーディレクトリ/AppData/Local/Adobe/Flash CS5/ja_JP/Configuration/ActionScript 3.0/jvm.ini をエディタでオープン
３．-Xmx256m という一文を -Xmx512m とかに変更
他のバージョンやOSのバージョンが違うと場所が若干変わりますが、同じような場所にある、はず。。
