pngで保存されるとinstagramでアップロードができない。
そこでjpgで保存されるようにすると便利だ。
その為にはterminalのコマンドラインで以下のコマンドを実行すればよい。
$ defaults write com.apple.screencapture type jpg
$ killall SystemUIServer
