Win10にDockerDesktopをインストールしようとしてWLS2を有効にしてVMwareが起動しなくなった場合

Docker Desktop と VMware Workstation（Player）は共存できない。
VMware を使っている環境にDocker Desktopを後からインストールしようとしてWLS2を有効にすると、Docker Desktop は起動しない。
そして Intel vt-x/ept がサポートされていないというエラーでVMwareも起動しないという状況になってしまう。

PowerShellを管理者で起動して設定を修正してVMwareを救う。
