こんなエラーが発生
vendorのadobeFontMetrics.phpの中でこれがダメだと
$tree = $kern["tree"];
結果的にlaravelのvendorのエラーだったぽい。
上記を削除して、下記を追加すれば良い。
$tree = is_array($kern) ? $kern["tree"] : null;
