Xcode9でSimulatorのUserDefaultsの中身をplistで確認する

該当のsimulatorが起動していることが前提です。

~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/デバイスID/data/Containers/Data/Application/起動履歴？/Library/Preferences/アプリのBundleIdentifier.plist

「デバイスID」はWindow -> Devices and Simulatorsから起動しているSimulatorを選択したら表示されています。

「起動履歴？」はよくわからないので、一つ上の階層にChangeDirectoryしてから「find . -name アプリのBundleIdentifier.plist」でfindすると経験上一つだけHITしました。

あとはこのplistをXCodeでひらけばお目当のものが確認できるはず。
