`kong migrations up` コマンドを `kong migrations bootstrap` に修正。 kong migrations upコマンドはdeprecatedなため、最新のイメージで使用するとエラーになります。

pgadmin4の起動引数に、デフォルト値を追加。 \n 2019/9/12最新のlatestタグが付いているpgadmin4にこの値がないと起動でこけます。 \n ここに書くのは恐縮ですが気が向いたらSSL接続手順の追記をよろしくお願いします。今まさにAKSでKongを運用しようとして設定手順という問題に直面してます。。
