libv8のエラーでbundle installが通らずに悩まされた

エラー内容

An error occurred while installing libv8 (3.16.14.13), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that `gem install libv8 -v '3.16.14.13'` succeeds before bundling.

##解決策
therubyracerとlibv8はマシンによってバージョンが異なる

これにつきる！！！本当にこれ！！！
多分過去に、このエラー何度かやった記憶があるので、もう悩まされないために記録に残す。
