rails test dbのみdrop

circle ciとローカル環境でテスト結果が異なるので、念のためtest用のdbをdropしてからmigrateしてみました


rake db:drop RAILS_ENV=test
rake db:create RAILS_ENV=test
rake db:schema:load RAILS_ENV=test
