・ ブランク状態から始めて途中からテンプレート利用したい時あるけど、メニュー多すぎて忘れてしまう
・ シートを追加した時に、ブランク状態で始まるのでテンプレートを適用したい

方法

  1. ヘッダーメニューのArrangeを選択
  2. insertを選択
  3. Template...を選択
