はじめに

マイグレーションしようと思って以下のコマンドを打ったら
エラーは出たので解決方法を載せておきます

[vagrant@localhost]$php artisan migrate
Could not open input file: artisan

解決方法

arisanファイルのあるディレクトリにいないことが原因です
artisanファイルがどこのディレクトリにあるか確認しましょう
単純ですが以外にハマりますwww
