手順

scripts/aws-scripts-mon/CloudWatchClient.pmに下記を追加する

my $proxy_url = "http://xxxxx:8080";
$ENV{PERL_NET_HTTPS_SSL_SOCKET_CLASS} = 'Net::SSL';
$ENV{HTTPS_PROXY} = $proxy_url;
# $ENV{HTTPS_CA_DIR} = '/etc/ssl/certs';
