gitlabから、sshを使って、git cloneできない（社内ネットワーク）ブラウザからは接続可能 (unable connect)

対応策

ブラウザから直接gitlabにアクセスできている場合、httpsからのアクセスは可能のため、sshを使わず、httpsでcloneできる。

sshでcloneできない理由

社内ネットワークの場合、セキュリティ向上のため、ファイアウォールで、社外ネットワークからのポート（9418）制限をかけることがよくある。

また、社内ネットワークから社外ネットワークへのアクセスは、http(80)とhttps(443)ポート以外は許可していないことが多いため
