ちょっとハマったのでメモ((φ(･д･｡)。
PHPの$_ENV変数より、環境変数PATHを取得するために
/etc/php.iniを修正する必要がある。
(変更前)variables_order = "GPCS"
(変更後)variables_order = "EGPCS"
これで$_ENV変数で、環境変数を取得できる。
【動作環境】
OS:CentOS Linux release 7.1.1503 (Core)
