Macにgrpcをインストールする方法

#解決方法
Mac(Big Sur)にfirebase-admminをインストールしようとしたらgrpcのpipでコケたので対応した。
以下の環境変数を設定するとうまくいった

export GRPC_PYTHON_BUILD_SYSTEM_ZLIB=true

どうやらCatalinaとBig Surだとうまくいかないらしい。
