- amzn-ami-vpc-natでAMIを検索
- 最新のAMIからNATインスタンスをpublic subnetに作成
- NATインスタンスにElastic IPを設定
- NATインスタンスの送信元/送信先の変更チェックを無効化
- NATインスタンスのセキュリティグループを設定
- private subnetのrouting tableの0.0.0.0/0にNATインスタンスを設定
