どうも、haniokasaiです
cpulimitはプロセス名でプロセスを捕捉できますが、同一名で複数のプロセスは捕捉はされずまったくランダムにpidを決定して捕捉します。
それだと少なくとも私は結構困りますから、pythonスクリプトですべてのプロセスを捕捉するスクリプトを書きました。
コメントでconfigと書いているらへんを修正して、
python3 cpumultilimit.py
で実行できます。
