Laravelをインストール後、サイトにアクセスした際、file_put_contentsエラーが出たので、その対応方法は、
filename.phpの下記の記述を変更すると治る

これから
return file_put_contents($path, $contents, $lock ? LOCK_EX : 0);
これへ
return file_put_contents($path, $contents, $lock ? LOCK_SH : 0);
でなおります。
