Apache Passenger インストール

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install apache2
gem install passenger

sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev apache2-threaded-dev libapr1-dev libaprutil1-dev
passenger-install-apache2-module

  Please edit your Apache configuration file, and add these lines:
     LoadModule passenger_module /home/ubuntu/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.1.0/gems/passenger-4.0.35/buildout/apache2/mod_passenger.so
     <IfModule mod_passenger.c>
       PassengerRoot /home/ubuntu/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.1.0/gems/passenger-4.0.35
       PassengerDefaultRuby /home/ubuntu/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.1.0/wrappers/ruby
     </IfModule>

  Deploying a web application: an example

  Suppose you have a web application in /somewhere. Add a virtual host to your
  Apache configuration file and set its DocumentRoot to /somewhere/public:

     <VirtualHost *:80>
        ServerName www.yourhost.com
        # !!! Be sure to point DocumentRoot to 'public'!
        DocumentRoot /somewhere/public
        <Directory /somewhere/public>
           # This relaxes Apache security settings.
           AllowOverride all
           # MultiViews must be turned off.
           Options -MultiViews
           Require all granted
        </Directory>
     </VirtualHost>

  And that's it! You may also want to check the Users Guide for security and
  optimization tips, troubleshooting and other useful information:
