この記事は

Office 365 Message Encryption を用いて、保護されたメールを gmail など外部メールで受信すると、
gmail や yahoo といった (O365から見て) 外部の認証プロバイダでの認証、もしくはワンタイム パスコードによる文章の閲覧が可能となります。

これは Exchange Online により提供される機能です。
