MAMP 5.2
phpMyAdmin 4.8.3

日本語化する方法

まず、phpMyAdminのトップページを表示します。（左上にあるphpMyAdminのロゴ、または家のアイコンをクリックしたらトップページが表示されます）

次に、Appearance settings（外観の設定） > Language（言語） の値を、
English から 日本語 - Japanese に変更します。

これで、phpMyAdminを日本語で使用することができます。
