WSLのコンソールからWindowsのコマンドを起動することが出来ますが、
その出力がShift-JISの為に日本語が化けます。
その対策です、
~/.bashrc に以下を追加
alias sjis='iconv -f sjis'
Windowsコマンド使用時
wincommand.exe | sjis
これでLinuxのutf-8に変換されて正常に出力されます。
